Serves 4

8.8 oz of boneless beef loin
2 fl.oz. extra virgin olive oil
1.70 fl.oz pineapple juice
1.70 fl.oz orange juice
2 tbsp Balsoy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp pepper
sesame seeds

Chop the meat into cubes of about 2 cm; place it in a plastic bag with oil, honey, fruit juices, mustard, pepper and 1 tablespoon of Balsoy. Shake well and leave to marinate for about 5 hours. Skewer the meat on 4 skewers and cook in a pan with the marinade, adding another tbsp of Balsoy halfway through cooking. When cooked, place the skewers on a plate and brush with the marinade, which at this point has become a reduction.

Serve with sesame seeds and a carrot salad.
