Serves 4

4 chicken thighs
2 fl.oz honey
2 tbsp Balsoy sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1.4 oz cane sugar
1 pinch of ginger

Place all the ingredients in a plastic bag and marinate in the fridge for 8 hours, shaking every now and then.
Put the chicken thighs in a roasting pan with oven paper and bake for 25 minutes at 200°; meanwhile heat the marinade in a pan until it becomes creamy. Brush the chicken with the marinade reduction and bake for another 10 minutes. Cover with the remaining sauce and serve with fresh parsley and sesame seeds.
